CSA FLEET LLC provides administrative, compliance, and fleet management outsourcing services to the transportation industry. Our services may include, but are not limited to, managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files, monitoring Hours of Service (HOS), providing safety training materials, dispatching, and assisting with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.
3. Client Responsibilities & FMCSA Disclaimer
A. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your company, vehicles, and drivers. CSA FLEET LLC relies on the information you provide to deliver our services.
B. Ultimate Regulatory Responsibility
While CSA FLEET LLC provides consulting, administrative, and outsourcing services to assist with regulatory compliance, the ultimate legal responsibility for complying with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), state, and local regulations remains strictly with the Motor Carrier (the client). CSA FLEET LLC does not assume liability for any fines, penalties, out-of-service orders, or legal actions resulting from the client's failure to comply with applicable laws.
4. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive business-related SMS notifications, dispatch updates, safety alerts, and administrative messages from CSA FLEET LLC.

5. Payment and Billing
Fees for our outsourcing and management services are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Clients agree to pay all charges associated with their account in accordance with the agreed-upon billing terms. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

All content, materials, logos, and digital assets on our website are the property of CSA FLEET LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which CSA FLEET LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
